Ingredients

  • Parmesan (or any hard cheese)
  • Salsa

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C.
  • Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper and place a medium/large cookie cutter on top of the paper.
  • Fill the bottom of the cookie cutter with the grated cheese, then remove the cutter. You can now repeat the process to create a few rounds of the cheese.
  • Place the tray in the oven and bake for around 4 minutes. Keeping an eye on them, they will be ready when they are slightly golden and bubbling.
  • Remove the tray from the oven, then move the paper with the cheese on to a cutting board.
  • After about 10 seconds of cooling, using a palette knife, remove the cheese rounds.
  • Place each of the cheese rounds whilst hot/warm between 2 fluted baking molds, or place the rounds on top of some upturned shot glasses.
